Playing college baseball has been one of my goals since I started playing when I was 4. I was debating whether or not I wanted to play after high school, but when I got accepted at Trinity and made it out here I pretty much got sucked back in. We as players are in the weight room every day as well as on the field and for me it is a great way to step outside of school life. The atmosphere out on the field is awesome and everyone is working hard. As a pitcher we work on strengthening our arms and help each other develop their motion as well as the pitches we throw.
Soon enough fall ball will be starting and we'll be split up into two teams. We play each other each week until the fall world series and from what I hear the competition gets heated. Because we're starting so soon, pitchers have been allowed to start throwing bullpens (which is a blessing!). In order to evaluate myself I had a friend record my bullpen with his iPhone and emailed it to myself. Here's a clip from today:
